Power Winch Model 912

For sale i have a Powerwinch model 912 Boat Winch
12 Volt DC power, 4000lbs single line pull (with pulley).
12ft of cable
The winch is 1 year old, and is still under warranty, for another year. All paper work for the winch and warranty is included.
The winch works best with a roller trailer, not a bunk trailer.
Also throwing in a 12 Volt Marine battery with the deal
Battery is fairly new as well, and has no problems with it. Fully charged battery
I am selling this because i got a bigger boat recently, and therefore had to get a more powerful winch. This winch has no problems whatsoever, and like i said, is only a year old.. It was used about 4-5 times.
When i bought the winch a year ago, i paid $500 for it brand new.
When i bought the battery 2 years ago, i paid $85, brand new as well
i am looking to get $350 or best offer for the winch and battery together.
